I’ve been fighting hard to modernize California’s water policies and eliminate flawed bureaucratic regulations. It’s time Washington puts the needs of families over fish. We must expand our infrastructure, eliminate red tape, and increase water flowing to the Central Valley. It’s an easy choice: more water for the Valley means more steady jobs for our people and more food for the world. I’m leading the fight in Congress for comprehensive water reform.
