| The “sex worker” and “LGBTQIA+” lobby is controlling the Democrats! So they’re blocking a bill to crack down on soliciting 16- and 17-year-old prostitutes for sexual encounters.
Except for molestation and rape, they see all sex as “consensual,” no matter one’s age. Yes, Democrat Party politicians believe children can “consent” to sex. This is their sickening, ultimate goal.
AB 379 would have done the following (before the Assembly Public Safety Committee’s hostile amendments functionally killed this bill on April 28):
16- and 17-year-old prostitutes would be offered a diversion program upon the 1st or 2nd violation; otherwise, it’s a misdemeanor
Sex solicitors (“johns”) would suffer tougher punishment:
a. Misdemeanor for loitering with the intent to “purchase commercial sex”
b. Felony for purchasing “sexual services” from anyone under the age of 18
c. Upon conviction, also fined $1,000 to go into a fund “to provide grants to community-based organizations that provide direct services and outreach to victims of sex trafficking and exploitation”

- This is truly a crossover issue, as demonstrated by AB 379’s lead author being an ardent baby-killer, who still has compassion on teen prostitutes. Democrat Party Assemblywoman Maggy Krell’s bio proudly states she was Planned Parenthood’s attorney fighting “the Trump White House’s assault on reproductive freedom.”
- Despite Newsom saying on April 29 that “the law should treat all sex predators who solicit minors the same — as a felony, regardless of the intended victim’s age,” this is similar to what he did last year on this same issue. Yet he wouldn’t pretend to “care” if he weren’t planning to run for president in 2028. Proof: He could have gotten a legislator to author the same bill for him earlier this year, but didn’t.
