How about that?

There are 11 counties in California which have more registered voters than there are voting-age residents.

Ouch!

What do we call that?

Voter Fraud!

Check out what Breitbart reported, based on Judicial Watch's own research.

Here's the key portion of the letter issued from Judicial Watch to the corrupt, arrogant Secretary of State Alex Padilla:

NVRA [National Voting Rights Act] Section 8 requires states to conduct reasonable list maintenance so as to maintain an accurate record of eligible voters for use in conducting federal elections.1 As you may know, Congress enacted Section 8 of the NVRA to protect the integrity of the electoral process. Allowing the names of ineligible voters to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections.
The integrity of the voting process: that is an unfamiliar concept to just about everyone in statewide office, it seems. What a joke. Since the Democratic Party could no longer suppress the vote for black Americans, they have resorted to stuffing the ballot box with
As the top election official in California, it is your responsibility under federal law to coordinate California’s statewide effort to conduct a program that reasonably ensures the lists of eligible voters are accurate.
Which counties have more voters registered than adults of voting age?

Here they are:
Imperial (102%) — Imperial County has been historically Democratic for decades, at least after Reagan swept California twice.
Lassen (102%)
Stanislaus (102%)–This is Jeff Denham territory. It might explain the slightly higher Democratic registration on paper, but why he continues to get re-elected every cycle in spite of the Democratic Party's best efforts in that district.
Monterey (104%)
Santa Cruz (109%)–This is district, like Monterey, has turned into a near-lost cause for Republicans. And to think that 30 years ago, Republicans were doing pretty well in this area, as well as in key sections of the South Bay/San Jose area
Yolo (110%)–Predictably blue area in Northern California, northwest of Sacramento.
San Mateo (111%)–Just South of San Francisco City and County–is anyone surprised? In fact, this seat is so Democratic, that a College Republican ran a write-in campaign to get onto the general election ballot–just to be on the ballot.
Solano (111%)–Historically blue.
San Francisco (114%)–No surprise. None at all. Illegal aliens get to vote. Illegal aliens get to kill people, too.

San Diego (138%)–This is a big deal. San Diego County has been historically Republican and red leaning for decades. If this district goes Democratic, then California's mad descent in regressive leftism is all but assured–as if this terrible demise has not fallen on us already.

Los Angeles (112%), but it could be as high as 144%. Those numbers are incredible, and incredibly worrisome.
Let's just argue that there are 10 million people in Los Angeles County. of that number, let's say that 3.5 million are voter-age. Anyone who wants to compete statewide needs to do well in Los Angeles County. With voter over-registration as high as 50% of the maximum number of voting-age residents, we are talking about at least another 1.75 million extra voters on the voter rolls–whose names should not be there! This is beyond outrageous.
One million votes is a lot of votes! How many assembly elections get swayed, or worse squashed because of this lopsided bad registration? Why isn't anyone in Los Angeles County doing anything about it? Where is the Republican Party of Los Angeles County to combat this heinous, unjust voter fraud?
