AB 1797 Immunization registry, introduced by Asm Akilah Weber would add
race/ethnicity to the information recorded in the CA Immunization Registry,
would require all vaccines to be entered into the CA Immunization Registry
(CAIR). Schools and other entities would
have access to all vaccine records, rather than just those of their
students/patients or the particular vaccines required for school, during a
public health emergency.

Assembly Members on each of the respective Committees to ask them to Oppose the
bill before them. For legislators to
read your email (and not assume it as a mass marketing campaign), it is
important that your letter is personalized to your situation, so be sure to
outline how AB 1797 and AB 2098 would affect you and your family. You can use some of the talking points from
AVFCA's letters (linked above) but don't copy them!
2) If you are a MD or DO, share this with your colleagues, and ask them
to oppose AB 2098
3) Forward this email to anyone in California, especially doctors and
parents. Share this email on social
