Tony Cardenas represents a deeply Democratic section of the San Fernando Valley.
Yet a month ago, he declared to an audience full of illegal aliens:
No, Congressman Cardenas. You do not represent illegal aliens.
You took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
Consider the preamble:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
The Founding Charter begins "We the People of the United States" — not anybody, but those citizens of this country. There is no way that a Congressman can promote secure justice, promote the common defense or general welfare of this country by pandering to illegal aliens and encouraging massive illegal immigration.
Article One, Section Eight could not be clearer about the powers entrusted to Congress, not the President:
Immigration policy belongs to Congress, not to the President, and Obama's executive amnesty has hit one judicial roadblock after another. State governments are not complying with the White House's illegal actions. Local activists in California and elsewhere in the country are rising up and pushing back against open borders and amnesty waivers, as neither "provides for the common defence" nor "promotes the general welfare".

Despite the blatant spirit and letter of the Constitution, Cardenas has joined with the same treasonous behavior of Chicago Marxist-progressive Luis Gutierrez.
Unlike Gutierrez' interrupted town hall at USC, where Americans of all colors and backgrounds protested his brazen treachery, Cardenas welcomed Gutierrez to a warmer reception the San Fernando Valley, where Cardenas could promote executive amnesty in secret and thus avoid the loud crowds denouncing his unjust amnesty pandering.
There is no other way to phrase: Congressman Tony Cardenas is another fellow traitor with Gutierrez, undermining the rule of federal law, ignoring the Constitution, dividing this country will subverting the morals and values fundamental to the United State of America.
Call Congressman Cardenas, and tell him to uphold the Constitution. Remind him that he is supposed to represent "We the People" not "They the illegal aliens".
