I worked for 43 years for the Los Angeles Unified School
District. I could only hope for the decline and fall of teachers unions. How
employee’s with tenure (a guaranteed job for life) needs further protection
with a union is hard to accept. Between elected Board Members, complicit with
teachers unions, and activist teachers, there’s an incestuous relationship.

Board Members only get elected with support from teachers unions and teachers
get unfair benefits from those Board Members. And the benefit to taxpayers is
ignored while the taxpayer is being fleeced by the teachers union demands.
