Nick Ionnidis came to the United States in 1969, seeking a better life.

Yet this year, the first time that I met Nick the Greek, he was sullen and angry. At the August 17, 2015 City Council meeting, he barked at a rogue city council which had appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions, in spite of the large number of legal residents who expected more from their leaders.
During the first meeting, before he commented, he showed me floor plans of his building on Gage Ave. His business. "Nick the Greek in America", still stands to this, despite numerous attempts from city residents and leaders to drive him away.
The Los Angeles Times reported in 1995 about the pressures he faced from the city council over onerous and expensive building codes:
Arriving in Huntington Park in 1969 with 25 cents in his pocket and speaking virtually no English, Nick Ioannidis, a.k.a. "Nick the Greek," was on his way to fulfilling his own American dream.
. . .
It appears that today, the city is using other means to get rid of their resident patriot-agitator.
At my first city council meeting in Huntington Park, Nick told me and other residents, as well as members of We the People Rising, that he was assaulted by illegal aliens in the city.
When he reported the crime to the police, the police officer told him to move to Florida.
Can you believe this?! Nick the Greek followed up on this comment and denounced the city council for continuing to do nothing. As more people have protested the appointment of two illegal aliens, we are learning more about the terrible attacks against Citizen Nick
Nick the Greek's Tailor shop is a beautiful pageant, walls filled with photographs signed by current and former Governors and US Senators. His place of work testifies to his love of country. How does the city of Huntington Park recognize his service to the United States and his city?
Ignoring his pleas for respect and redress during every city council meeting.
Doing nothing and saying less on his behalf, despite attacks against himself and his property
Allowing police officers to reject his demands for protection.
Promoting (read, exploiting) illegal aliens and appointing them to city commissions instead of legal, long-time residents like Nick the Greek,
Concerned citizens have spoke to the Huntington Park chief of police, Cosme Lozamo, and have repeated asked him to investigate not only the assaults on Nick's property and person, but the inaction and disrespect from one of the city's police officers.
Please contact the Huntington Park Chief of Police, and demand that the city take action to serve and protect the LEGAL residents of Huntington Park!
Demand Justice for Huntington Park Citizen-Patriot Nick the Greek!
