Dear Beckley, WV residents and West Virginia Residents in general:
City of Beckley mayor, Robert Rappold, has taken up the homosexual
activists' cause of passing an ordinance, the Employment Housing
Non-Discrimination Act (EHNDA), that would potentially require all entities in
Beckley, who either rent, lease or employ workers, to abide by a newly proposed
ordinance. A vote on the ordinance is scheduled on Jan 8th, 2019.
The Beckley Human Rights Commission has a transsexual president leading
the group. There is at least one closet homosexual on the board too in my
opinion. This very short video talks about the problem of giving civil rights
to transsexuals as it relates to one's children, by Ben Shipro.
Beckley, West Virginia
Ben Shapiro explains why the specificity of pronouns is important with
regard to the rearing of children and the transgender movement.
The proposed ordinance o said to exclude churches and some other non-profits
from from having to employ homosexuals and transsexuals, according to the city
attorney. I think they are offering this olive branch to appease local pastors'
concerns for forced hiring of homosexuals. But if this happens to be the case
just keep in mind that the homosexual activists are never satisfied and will
demand, eventually, that churches follow suit with landlords and employers.
Religious liberty in place today will take second place to the ordinance once
it is passed which there is a good likelihood that will happen.
Here's a video, which was edited by the Register Herald I assume, of
some of the speakers and the HRC vote during the meeting. Note those who are
serving on the HRC board. Where are the older wiser men and women that should
be on the board? Notice the focus of the edited video is about Christianity.
Notice also that they're not making any outrageous demands on the video. They
are actually preaching the tenets of the Bible.

While your church may not be located within the borders of the City of
Beckley, you may have some members in your church that do live in, work in or
own businesses within the city. If you have a church in the city then you
should be encouraging your members to call their council members and tell them
they oppose this on the basis that homosexuality is unhealthy for the
participants and for society and that their religious liberty guaranteed by
both the federal and state constitution is place in jeopardy, which it will be
if the ordinance passes.
Parkersburg city employee told me that the homosexual activists bused
500 or so homosexuals in to the city the night of their vote as a means to sway
council members. Homosexuals have told Beckley Council they want a larger
facility to hold all the people that will come out in support of the ordinance.
Letters to the editors detailing the rise in homosexuality with the
present promotion of the lifestyle by media, schools and universities.
Homosexuality has become contagious with these continual efforts.  Your church leadership and rank and file
members, those living in Beckley, should be calling them too. Keep in mind that
bakers, photographers, pastors, and churches have been the brunt of activist
homosexuals in many states and cities. Christian businesses have been closed
and personal wealth jeopardized by lawsuits from liberal municipalities and
state government leaders seeking to force Christians to bow to man's law.
Remember Houston's lesbian mayor that directed her attorneys to demand pastors
to submit their sermons that dealt with homosexuality?

Links below can be used use for talking points to refute the
homosexuals' talking points dealing with fairness and discrimination. Seven
city council members should not be deciding civil rights issues where there is
no open forum given to both sides of any argument. Our civil rights classes
identify immutable characteristics like skin color age, sex, ethnicity, etc.
Their behaviors don't qualify for civil rights status.

I believe homosexual activism is one of the greatest threats to our
religious liberties. The gay activist millionaires and billionaires freely
support the agenda to quash religious liberties, especially Christians
organization. But we have God on our side. Pray with me he manifests Himself on
January 8th and do all you can between then and now to sway those council
members who are for this ordinance.
God bless each of you men. ……….. Ray
