over entire cities.Instead of drafting more laws, consolidating more power in
Mexico City, and hiring more police officers, who are more prone to corruption,
the United States of Mexico (with assistance from the United States of America)
must discuss and implement the rapid decriminalization of controlled substances.
Remove the profitability from the lucrative yet fatal drug trade, and peace and
prosperity will proliferate in Mexico once again.
