Many times, I have not shared the greatest respect for the
9th circuit Court of Appeals, a community of federal judges who have
been overturned more times by the Supreme Court than any other Circuit Court in
the Country.
For the second time in fifteen years, the appellate court has upheld the affirmative action ban, which prohibits universities from factoring in an applicant’s race and ethnic background in selecting the next year’s graduates.
Ward Connerly should be applauded for standing up to the multicultural raw-raw grievance industries, which have characterized minority youth as victims of the system..
No program better exemplifies the harm of government than affirmative action. “I’m from the government, and I am here to help.” –dangerous words, indeed.
