I have heard the name Efren Martinez a number of times from Huntington Park City Council residents.

They claim that he runs the political machine that dominates the current city council, and he prodded four of the city council members to appoint two illegal aliens to the two city commissions.
He has appeared at every council meeting which I have attended.
A number of concerned residents have pointed him out and called him out as the main instigator for much of the troubles plaguing Huntington Park.
Judging from his Twitter feed, he has a great deal of contact with LA County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, as well.
I confronted him during recess at the September 21st city council meeting.
I asked him about his connections with the city, including his relationship with Sergio Infanson, who had called Huntington Park a "Brown Town". He told me that he had run for office a few times.
He rebuffed a number of questions with: "I have served my country."
Patriotism – the last refuge of a scoundrel.
Two sources have informed me that Martinez, sitting in the back of the room, quiet and unassuming, was the one who ordered the mayor and her three rogue colleagues to order the removal of Dr. Robert Newman.
So, allegations are mounting against Martinez, the power behind the throne in Huntington Park.
Start asking him the questions which the mainstream media refuse to ask:
