Here was the caption/report he sent to me next:
Can you do a piece exposing federal government offices' failure to hang the portraits of our new president? The attached photograph

This is outrageous!
Contact the US Attorney's Office in the Western District of New York. Demand that the office either submit to the new President and honor his image, or resign in disgrace!
