Pro illegal groups are advocating for the release of illegal alien Saul Cervantes, who was apprehended in Boyle Heights (which is located in CA State Senate President Kevin de Leon's district). Saul Cervantes was taken into custody by Immigration & Customs Enforcement ICE agents earlier this month. HE HAS an IMMIGRATION COURT HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 24TH.
Saul Cervantes is currently being held in the Orange County Theo Lacy ICE facility. Upon calling the facility, the staff member said the Theo Lacy ICE facility is for detention only and that it would be better to call the ICE AGENT (Agent Thomas) WHO HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO THIS CASE. https://www.ice.gov/detention-facility/theo-lacy-facility
CALL State that the Case is # 2994 572, name: Saul Cervantes and DOB 7/24/92. Communicate to ICE/the agent that immigration laws should be upheld and enforced in this case! Deport!

**TOMORROW: Wednesday, 5/24/17 Pack the court for Saul, father from Boyle heights who was picked up by ICE in early May!**
The mother of Saul Cervantes (DOB: 7-24-92) has just informed us he will be in immigration court tomorrow morning, May 24, at 8:30 a.m. at 606 S. Olive St. Los Angeles, CA 17th Floor. His lawyer will be present, as will family members. We are asking for folks to show up and, if allowed in, to show support for Saul and let him and the family know we are not going away anytime soon. We have given all the money raised from the YouCaring fundraiser to go toward posting bail, if granted. We are hopeful Saul will be released. We will update his supporters as soon as possible.
The mother, wishes to thank everyone for their generous support and also wishes for folks to continue keeping Claudia Rueda in their hearts and to push for her immediate release as well! No more deportations!
